Act 166 Publicly-Funded PreKindergarten (PreK) Program Application
Public education funding is to support 10 hours of PreK per week (35 weeks), up to $3,656. Your child must enroll in a program for a minimum of 10 hours a week to receive funds. You will have to enroll both with the prequalified partner programs/provider (to reserve your child’s place in the program) and with your school district. Age-eligible children may enroll during the school year, however, tuition will be prorated. The Prequalified Partner Program your child attends may not charge you for the 10 hours of PreK paid for by your school district.
